Travel Information
Tiger's Nest Monastery is one of Bhutan’s most iconic landmarks, reached via a scenic uphill hike through pine forests above Paro, with viewpoints along the route overlooking the valley.
The trail is well-marked and takes around 2–3 hours depending on pace, with a steady uphill ascent throughout.
A hillside cafeteria and rest points along the way provide places to pause before continuing the climb.
